For purposes of this agreement, “Site” and “Website” both refer to FixxeL Agency’s website, accessed at: www.FixxeL.co “Service” refers to any of the Agency's "services" (procurable services of which are currently only available in the United States of America), that are requested, submitted contact for, purchased, and/or booked with our Agency via our Site in which Visitors may or may not choose to read, review, make a payment on, and/or schedule consultation(s). The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the Agency. “You” refers to you as a user of our Site and/or any service that may or may not be engaged with. I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT.

We collect “non-personal information” and “personal information.” Non-personal information includes information that can not be used to identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographics, referring/exit URLs, platform types, and the preferences you generate or submit. 1.   Information Collected via Technology.

 

To use our site or to contact us from the information displayed on our site, you do not need to submit any personal information through our site. To make direct contact with us through our Site or to submit request(s) for price quotes or for more information, we do not need any of your personal information beyond your first name, a good e-mail address, and your basic company information (to establish the basis for contact and prep work).

Such information is tracked automatically using cookies (small text files that include an anonymous unique identifier). This includes capturing the ways in which users use and interact with our site through tools like heatmaps, behavioral metrics, and/or site-session replay in order to optimize and iterate on our services. This data is captured using first and third-party cookies, and other tracking technologies to be used for technical and/or aesthetic optimization, fraud/security purposes, and to improve our site based on its online activity in a general sense. It is never sold to anyone or any entity, is not associated with specific people or profiles, and used by FixxeL only for statistical analytics and research. 2. Children’s Privacy

 

This site and service(s) are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. Our site never knowingly collects or solicits information from anyone under the age of 13, nor allows anyone under 13 to use or submit any information. In the event that we learn that we have gathered personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that unwanted information upon discovery. For example, on our Contact Page, if you contact us by e-mailing, leaving information, or texting "FixxeL" to the number provided (a real human will assist you), it is understood you requested help/support and that information may be used/retained with that understanding and purpose for responding to to your inquiry and/or serving things or information we think may be of use to you. Currently, you can expect texts received to come from us either from the number you texted, or from (833) 772-6864 (automated, i.e. for help or to opt in/out). You can request assistance or completely opt out of automated texts at any time as outlined in section IV below.

VI. DO NOT TRACK (DNT) REQUESTS: CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT (CalOPPA)
